At Nirvish, we work to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through www.nirvish.com.

Order Processing

All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or notification containing the available tracking details.

Processing times may occasionally take longer during sales, promotional periods, high-demand periods, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Domestic Shipping — India

We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Delivery location

• Courier availability

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Transportation disruptions

• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping Charges

A standard domestic shipping fee of ₹65 may apply to eligible orders.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as indicated on our website or during checkout.

The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.

A standard COD fee of ₹80 will be charged on orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment method.

The COD fee is separate from the applicable shipping charges.

For example:

• Standard shipping: ₹65

• COD fee: ₹80

• Total shipping-related charges for a standard COD order: ₹145

If an order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable shipping charge may be waived; however, the ₹80 COD fee will still apply.

The applicable COD fee and any shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

The COD fee is a service/convenience charge associated with the Cash on Delivery payment method and is non-refundable, including where a product refund is approved, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nirvish reserves the right to modify COD availability and applicable COD charges for specific products, locations, promotions, or order values. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Nirvish currently ships internationally to select countries and destinations where our products can be legally and practically delivered.

International orders are shipped at a flat shipping rate of ₹1,800, unless a different rate is displayed at checkout.

Estimated international delivery time is approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, and other factors outside our control.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated during checkout.

Nirvish is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery restrictions resulting from customs procedures or regulations in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can legally be imported into their country.

Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe.

However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Nirvish is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier or logistics partners

• Customs processing

• Weather or natural events

• Strikes or transportation disruptions

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Failed delivery attempts

• Events beyond our reasonable control

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist in tracking the shipment.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and registered contact details.

We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner and investigate the shipment status.

If a package is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the courier, Nirvish will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including:

• Full name

• House/building number

• Street/locality

• City

• State

• PIN/ZIP code

• Valid telephone number

Nirvish is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package carefully when it is delivered.

If your package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, leaking, or otherwise compromised, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us as soon as possible.

For food products, damage or incorrect-product claims must be reported on the same day of delivery or within 3 calendar days of delivery.
