Food products may naturally vary in appearance, color, size, texture, or taste between batches.

Product descriptions, availability, packaging, pricing, and other information may be changed or updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until Nirvish confirms the order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel or modify an order after payment has been received, we will notify you using the contact information provided with the order and process any applicable refund.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, offers, and promotional pricing may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, promotional, or other errors.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a standard COD fee of ₹80 may apply in addition to applicable shipping charges. The applicable COD fee and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed. The COD fee is non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe displayed during checkout or communicated to you.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

Nirvish uses Shopify to operate and provide our online store and related Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Nirvish.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Nirvish or for the fulfillment of purchases made through our store.

Your use of Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.
